Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Zonal Service Specialist located in Chennai. The Zonal Service Specialist will be responsible for managing and optimizing customer service operations, providing technical support, and ensuring timely maintenance of medical equipment. The role includes handling customer inquiries, troubleshooting issues, coordinating with the sales team, and ensuring compliance with service standards. Qualifications Strong Analytical Skills Effective Communication skills Exceptional Customer Service skills Sales and Finance knowledge Technical knowledge of medical equipment is a plus Ability to work independently and as part of a team Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field is preferred Experience in the healthcare industry is advantageous
