Job Description

As an Analog and Mixed-Signal Circuit Designer, your role involves designing circuits with components like op-amps, transistors, MOSFETs, relays, transformers, diodes, etc. You will need to be familiar with processor-based circuit design using platforms such as Jetson Nano, i.MX8, Raspberry Pi, and interface a variety of sensors including temperature, pressure, current, and voltage sensors. Your responsibilities also include signal conditioning design using op-amp, ADC, and creating schematics, PCB layouts, and documentation using tools like Altium, KiCad, or OrCAD. Key Responsibilities: - Design analog and mixed-signal circuits with various components - Familiarity with processor-based circuit design using platforms like Jetson Nano, i.MX8, Raspberry Pi - Interface a wide range of sensors including temperature, pressure, current, and voltage sensors - Knowledge of signal conditioning design circuits using op-amp, ADC for sensor interfaces - Create schematics, PCB layouts, and documentation using tools like Altium, KiCad, or OrCAD - Design and integrate communication modules such as LoRa, Wi-Fi, Ethernet, RS485, Bluetooth, 4G - Develop efficient power management systems including MPPT Solar Charging, Battery Management Systems, and power supply topologies - Select and integrate microcontrollers based on application needs - Implement and debug protocols such as UART, SPI, I2C, CAN, Modbus - Conduct prototyping, testing, and validation of hardware designs - Collaborate with firmware, mechanical, and production teams for end-to-end product development Qualifications Required: - Strong fundamentals in analog and digital circuit design - Proficiency in microcontrollers based board design and associated development tools - Expertise in power electronics design for energy-efficient systems - Familiarity with battery-powered systems, solar energy harvesting, and charging circuitry - Experience in designing robust sensor interfaces for industrial applications - Deep understanding of embedded communication protocols and bus systems - Practical experience in design for EMI/EMC considerations - Strong debugging and problem-solving skills using DMM, Function generator, oscilloscopes, logic analyzers - Good knowledge of component selection, thermal management, and DFM Desirable Skills: - Experience with certification processes such as CE, FCC - Knowledge of low-power design techniques - Hands-on experience with simulation tools like LTspice, PSpice - Prior experience working with industrial or IoT products,
