Role Responsibilities Conduct thorough clinical assessments and diagnose a variety of gynaecological conditions. Develop and implement individualized treatment plans for patients. Perform surgical procedures related to gynaecology, ensuring adherence to best practices. Manage pre-operative and post-operative care for surgical patients. Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to optimize patient outcomes. Engage in patient education regarding reproductive health and preventive care. Stay updated with the latest advancements in gynaecology. Conduct routine check-ups and screenings for women's health. Provide emotional and psychological support to patients facing reproductive health challenges. Maintain detailed and accurate medical records for all patients. Participate in continuous medical education and training. Monitor and manage high-risk pregnancies effectively. Provide guidance and support for family planning and contraceptive advice. Supervise and guide junior staff and medical interns. Adhere to hospital policies and regulations at all times. Promote health awareness and preventive care in the community. Qualifications Medical degree with specialization in Gynaecology. MS (Master of Surgery) and DGO (Diploma in Gynaecology and Obstetrics) qualifications. Valid medical license to practice in India. Significant experience in clinical gynaecology. Proficient in surgical techniques related to women's health. Strong knowledge of current medical practices and guidelines. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills. Able to work collaboratively within a healthcare team. Strong problem-solving and critical thinking abilities. Highly organized with excellent time management skills. Compassionate approach towards patient care. Commitment to ongoing professional development. Ability to handle sensitive and confidential patient information. Experience with advanced medical technologies is a plus. Demonstrated ability to educate and advise patients effectively.
