Role Responsibilities Conduct comprehensive gynecological examinations for patients. Diagnose and treat a variety of gynecological conditions and diseases. Perform surgical procedures when necessary, ensuring the highest standards of care. Provide preoperative and postoperative care to patients. Monitor patients during and after surgeries to ensure proper recovery. Collaborate with other medical professionals to create comprehensive treatment plans. Maintain accurate and thorough patient records and documentation. Educate patients on gynecological health, preventive care, and treatment options. Implement individualized care plans for patients based on their specific needs. Stay updated with the latest advancements in gynecological practices and treatments. Participate in medical research and contribute to clinical trials if applicable. Work with nursing staff to ensure continuity of care. Address patient inquiries and ensure they understand their treatment processes. Provide compassionate and personalized care to enhance patient experiences. Uphold ethical standards and confidentiality in all medical practices. Qualifications Doctor of Medicine (MD) in Gynecology or equivalent. Master of Surgery (MS) in Obstetrics and Gynecology. Postgraduate Diploma in Gynecology and Obstetrics (DGO) is preferred. State medical board licensure. Minimum 5 years of clinical experience in a hospital or clinic setting. Strong background in gynecological surgery and patient management. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work effectively in a multidisciplinary team. Proficient in electronic health record systems. Commitment to continuous professional development and education. Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities. Compassionate approach to patient care and ethics. Ability to handle high-pressure situations calmly. Strong organizational and time management skills. Fluency in local languages and English for effective communication.
