ob Title: Gym Development & Multi-Gym Operations ManagerRole Summary

We are looking for an experienced Gym Development Manager who can oversee the end-to-end operations of multiple gym branches. The person will be responsible for gym setup, expansion, team management, sales growth, member satisfaction, and operational excellence across all centres.⸻

Key Responsibilities

1. Multi-Gym Operations Management • Manage daily operations of all gym branches. • Ensure each centre meets standards for cleanliness, equipment maintenance, and member experience. • Create and implement SOPs across all locations

.2. Business & Growth Development • Plan new gym setups, expansions, and launch activities. • Conduct market research for new locations and revenue potential. • Execute strategies to increase membership and revenue.

3. Team Leadership & Training • Hire, train, and monitor gym managers, trainers, and support staff. • Conduct regular performance reviews and ensure teams meet targets. • Build a strong fitness-focused culture.

4. Sales & Marketing Coordination • Achieve sales targets for memberships and services. • Work with marketing teams on promotions, campaigns, and member engagement. • Track branch-wise sales performance and implement improvement plans.

5. Member Experience & Retention • Monitor client feedback and ensure excellent customer service. • Implement retention strategies and loyalty programs. • Handle escalations and resolve high-level customer issues.

6. Financial & Administrative Control • Prepare and manage budgets for each gym branch. • Monitor expenses, prevent losses, and ensure profitability. • Review MIS reports: membership sales, renewals, expenses, etc.

7. Compliance & Safety • Ensure all gyms follow safety protocols and legal compliance. • Oversee equipment servicing, facility audits, and risk management.

⸻Required Skills & Experience

  • Minimum 5–10 years in gym/fitness centre management.
  • Experience handling multiple gyms or wellness centres is preferred.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and team-building skills.
  • Deep understanding of sales processes, membership models, and retention strategies.
  • Ability to plan new branches and drive gym development projects.
  • Good knowledge of fitness equipment, maintenance, and gym operations.⸻

Education

  • Bachelor’s degree in management, sports science, fitness management, or related field (preferred but not mandatory). • Certifications from fitness bodies (ACE, ISSA, etc.) are a plus.

⸻Salary • Competitive, based on experience and performance incentives.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
