Support Engineer

As a Support Engineer for on-site client support in Nagpur location, you will be responsible for providing technical assistance and support to clients, particularly in the field of ERP systems. The ideal candidate for this position is a computer science graduate with experience in ERP support, specifically in educational institutions such as colleges or universities. Your primary responsibilities will include demonstrating a strong understanding of programming languages like PHP, as well as possessing knowledge of ERP software implementation and training. You should have experience working with educational and enterprise ERP systems, and be proficient in technical areas such as MySQL, MS-Excel, and program flow comprehension.
