About the Role:

Senior SAP Controlling (CO) Consultant

You will work closely with cross-functional teams to design, configure, and optimize the SAP CO module to support our financial and operational goals.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead full-cycle SAP Controlling (CO) module implementations including blueprinting, configuration, testing, and go-live support.
• Collaborate with finance and controlling teams to analyze existing processes and propose SAP-based solutions for optimization.
• Configure SAP CO modules such as Cost Center Accounting (CCA), Profit Center Accounting (PCA), Internal Orders, Product Costing, and COPA.
• Ensure seamless integration between CO and other SAP modules such as FI, MM, PP, SD, and PS.
• Prepare training materials and conduct workshops for key users and end-users; develop functional documentation.
• Provide L2/L3 support to resolve CO-related issues post go-live; work closely with technical teams for complex problem-solving.
  

Key Skills

• Strong knowledge of Cost Center Accounting, Internal Orders, Profitability Analysis (COPA), Product Costing, and Profit Center Accounting.
• Solid understanding of financial principles, cost accounting, and management reporting.
  Experience in working with integrated modules (FI, MM, PP, SD, PS).
• Ability to identify root causes and provide innovative solutions in complex SAP CO environments.
• Strong interpersonal skills to work with finance leadership, business users, and technical teams.
• Experience or exposure to S/4HANA Finance and Universal Journal (ACDOCA) is highly desirable.

Required Qualifications and certifications

• Bachelors in Finance, Accounting, or related field
• SAP Certified Application Associate – Management Accounting with SAP S/4HANA
• 7+ years hands-on experience in SAP CO module
• Strong functional understanding of finance, controlling, and integration with other modules
• Excellent stakeholder communication and project delivery skills
