Project Management: Collaborate with project managers to ensure timely delivery of SAP FICO projects. Manage project risks and issues, ensuring they are mitigated or resolved in a timely manner. 5. Stakeholder Engagement: Engage with key business stakeholders to understand their financial requirements and translate them into SAP solutions. Provide training and support to end-users to ensure effective utilization of the SAP FICO system. 6. Documentation and Reporting: Develop and maintain detailed documentation of configurations, processes, and procedures. Create and deliver reports to management on project progress, financial performance, and system effectiveness. Qualifications: 6-7 years of experience as an SAP FICO Consultant with strong expertise in financial processes. Proven experience in at least one full life cycle implementation of S/4HANA Public Cloud. In-depth knowledge of SAP FICO modules (General Ledger, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Asset Accounting, etc.). Experience with financial reporting, budgeting, and forecasting using SAP FICO. Strong understanding of integration points between SAP FICO and other SAP modules. Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills. Strong communication and stakeholder management skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a dynamic environment. Preferred Qualifications: SAP S/4HANA Public Cloud certification. Experience with SAP Fiori and other S/4HANA front-end tools. Knowledge of other SAP modules (e.g., SD, MM) and their integration with FICO. Experience in the public sector or with public cloud environments.
