Salesforce Marketing Cloud Developer

Role & responsibilities

• Design, configure, and customize solutions on

  Salesforce Sales Cloud and/or Service Cloud

  .
• Implement and manage

  Salesforce Marketing Cloud Connect

  , ensuring smooth data synchronization between CRM and Marketing Cloud.
• Work on

  lead management, campaign management, case management, service processes

  , and automation workflows across the Salesforce ecosystem.
• Develop and maintain Marketing Cloud components, including

  AMPScript

  ,

  SSJS

  ,

  SQL queries

  ,

  Journey Builder activities

  ,

  API triggers

  and automation workflows
• Troubleshoot integration issues between Salesforce CRM and Marketing Cloud (Synchronized Data Sources, Automations, Triggered Sends).
• Work with business stakeholders to capture requirements and translate them into scalable Salesforce solutions.
• Ensure best practices in

  data security, performance optimization, and configuration standards

  .
• Support deployments, testing cycles, and post-release enhancements.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Marketing, Sales, and IT to deliver end-to-end CRM + Marketing solutions.

Preferred candidate profile

• 6+ years

  of hands-on experience with Salesforce.
• Strong functional and technical knowledge of

  Sales Cloud

  or

  Service Cloud

  (at least one is mandatory).
• Solid experience with

  Salesforce Marketing Cloud

  integration via

  Marketing Cloud Connect

  .
• Synchronized Data Extensions
• Contact Builder
• Journey Builder integration
• Triggered Sends
• Experience with

  Salesforce configuration

  (Objects, Fields, Validation Rules, Page Layouts, Flows, etc.).
• Experience in REST/SOAP API integrations.
• Good understanding of

  Apex, SOQL, Lightning (LWC/Aura)

  is preferred.
• Understanding of Salesforce data model, security model, profiles, roles, and sharing rules.
• Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.
• Salesforce certifications such as:

• Salesforce Administrator (ADM-201)

• Platform Developer I

• Sales Cloud Consultant / Service Cloud Consultant

• Marketing Cloud Email Specialist

• Experience working in Agile environments.
• Exposure to Marketing Automation processes.
