Salesforce Marketing Cloud Developer

Role & responsibilities

In this role you will:

• Support the transition from Pardot to Salesforce Marketing Cloud, assisting with platform setup, integration, and user enablement.
• Execute lifecycle email and SMS marketing programs to drive engagement, retention, and positive NPS outcomes.
• Collaborate with internal teams to identify technology needs, gather requirements, and deliver actionable solutions that improve marketing efficiency and effectiveness.
• Maintain and configure data analytics tools (such as GA4) to generate insights, recommendations, and optimisation opportunities.
• Implement testing and experimentation methodologies to continually refine processes and enhance performance.
• Work cross-functionally with IT and external partners to ensure seamless system integrations and data flow.

We would like to hear from you if you are:

• Experienced in marketing automation (Pardot and/or Salesforce Marketing Cloud preferred).
• Skilled in CRM systems (Salesforce preferred), email/SMS tools, and digital analytics.
• Technically proficient with HTML, CSS, and JavaScript (desirable).
• A problem-solver with excellent attention to detail and strong analytical thinking.
• A great communicator who thrives in collaborative, cross-functional teams.
• Passionate about creating data-driven marketing experiences that delight customers and deliver results.
