As a Salesforce Marketing Cloud Specialist at Compileinfy Technology Solutions Pvt. Ltd., you will be responsible for designing, implementing, and optimizing marketing automation solutions using Salesforce Marketing Cloud. Your expertise in Journey Builder, Email Studio, Automation Studio, and AMPscript will be crucial in executing multi-channel marketing campaigns and managing customer journeys effectively. You will play a key role in integrating Marketing Cloud with Salesforce CRM and other systems, ensuring data segmentation, audience targeting, and campaign analytics are carried out efficiently. Key Responsibilities: - Design and execute multi-channel marketing campaigns using Salesforce Marketing Cloud. - Develop and manage customer journeys using Journey Builder. - Create dynamic and personalized content using AMPscript and HTML/CSS. - Configure and manage Automation Studio workflows for campaign execution. - Integrate Marketing Cloud with Salesforce CRM and other third-party systems. - Perform data segmentation and audience targeting for campaigns. - Monitor campaign performance and provide actionable insights. - Ensure compliance with email marketing best practices and data privacy regulations. Qualifications: - 3+ years of experience in Salesforce Marketing Cloud. - Proficiency in Journey Builder, Email Studio, Automation Studio, AMP script. - Strong understanding of data extensions, segmentation, and relational data models. - Experience with HTML/CSS for email templates. - Familiarity with SQL for query activities in Marketing Cloud. - Salesforce Marketing Cloud certification (preferred). - Bachelor's degree in Marketing, IT, or related field.
