Job Description

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Guest Service Supervisor to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in hospitality and excellent guest service skills.

Roles and Responsibility

  • Supervise and coordinate front-line staff to ensure exceptional guest experiences.
  • Develop and implement effective guest service strategies to enhance customer satisfaction.

Job Requirements

  • Proven experience in guest service supervision or a related field.
  • Strong knowledge of hospitality industry standards and trends.
  • Excellent communication, problem-solving, and leadership skills.
  • Ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Familiarity with hotel management systems and software.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain high service quality standards.
