Roles and Responsibility

Job Requirements

Proven experience in guest service supervision or a related field.
Strong knowledge of hospitality industry standards and trends.
Excellent communication, problem-solving, and leadership skills.
Ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
Familiarity with hotel management systems and software.
Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain high service quality standards.
