Job Description

We are looking for a highly skilled and motivated Guest Service Associate / Sr. Guest Service Associate to join our team at the Front Office in Rhythm Kumarakom, responsible for providing exceptional guest experiences. The ideal candidate should have 0-1 years of experience.

Roles and Responsibility

Manage front office operations, including handling guest inquiries and resolving issues professionally.
Provide excellent customer service by being courteous, attentive, and responsive to guests' needs.
Maintain accurate records of guest interactions, transactions, and preferences.
Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless guest services.
Develop and implement effective strategies to enhance guest satisfaction and loyalty.
Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in front office operations.

Job Requirements

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are required to work effectively with diverse groups.
Strong problem-solving and analytical skills are needed to handle complex guest complaints.
