Job Description

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Guest Service Associate to join our team at The Orchid Hotel. Candidates should have 1-3 years of experience in the hospitality industry.

Roles and Responsibility

Provide exceptional customer service to guests, ensuring their needs are met and concerns are addressed promptly.
Manage front desk operations, including handling guest inquiries, resolving issues, and maintaining accurate records.
Coordinate with other departments to ensure seamless guest experiences, such as room preparation and check-in.
Develop and implement effective strategies to enhance guest satisfaction and loyalty.
Collaborate with colleagues to achieve high standards of service quality and excellence.
Maintain a clean and organized workspace, adhering to health and safety regulations.

Job Requirements

Proven experience in guest service or a related field, with a strong understanding of hotel operations and procedures.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse groups.
Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to think critically and make sound decisions.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks and managing multiple responsibilities.
Knowledge of hotel management systems and software, with the ability to learn new technologies quickly.
A graduate degree is required for this position.
