Job Description

We are looking for a highly skilled and motivated Guest Service Associate (GSA) to join our team at Manohar Villas Resort in the front office. The ideal candidate should have 0-3 years of experience.

Roles and Responsibility

Manage front office operations, including handling guest inquiries and resolving issues professionally.
Provide excellent customer service to ensure guests have a positive experience.
Coordinate with other departments to maintain seamless service delivery.
Maintain accurate records and reports, including guest feedback and complaints.
Develop and implement effective strategies to enhance guest satisfaction.
Collaborate with the management team to achieve business objectives.

Job Requirements

Any graduate degree from a recognized university.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are required for interacting with guests and colleagues.
Ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
Strong problem-solving skills to resolve guest complaints and issues.
Basic knowledge of front office operations and procedures is necessary.
Ability to learn and adapt quickly in a fast-paced environment.
