Job Description

We are looking for a highly skilled and motivated Guest Service Associate to join our team in the hospitality industry. The ideal candidate should have 0-2 years of experience.

Roles and Responsibility

Manage front office operations, ensuring seamless guest service delivery.
Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues professionally.
Coordinate with other departments to maintain high standards of service quality.
Maintain accurate records and reports, including guest feedback and complaints.
Provide exceptional customer service, exceeding guests' expectations.

Job Requirements
