Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role located in Hyderabad for a Guest Relations Executive. The Guest Relations Executive will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our patrons, handling guest inquiries, addressing complaints, and ensuring a positive cinema experience. Duties also include managing reception tasks, assisting with sales, and coordinating with various departments to maintain smooth operations.

Qualifications

• Proven skills in Guest Relations and Customer Service
• Strong Communication abilities
• Experience in Sales and Receptionist Duties
• Excellent problem-solving and organizational skills
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
• Previous experience in the entertainment or hospitality industry is a plus
• A diploma or degree in Hospitality Management, Communications, or a related field is preferred
