Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a relationship manager based in KOLKATA. The role involves welcoming and assisting guests, ensuring excellent customer service, and handling inquiries professionally. The Guest Relations Executive will manage reception duties, support customer interactions, and contribute to sales by building strong guest relationships. The role also requires fostering a pleasant and engaging atmosphere for all visitors. She would look into sales as well but without any targets.

Qualifications

• Strong proficiency in Guest Relations and Customer Service
• Excellent Communication skills to engage with diverse individuals
• Ability to handle Sales responsibilities and build guest relationships
• Experience in performing Receptionist Duties and managing guest inquiries
• A friendly and professional demeanor with a strong focus on guest satisfaction
• Prior experience in hospitality or related fields is a plus
• Ability to adapt to a dynamic and fast-paced work environment
