Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Food and Beverage Captain located in Kharagpur. The Food and Beverage Captain will oversee daily operations, ensure service standards are met, manage food service activities, and deliver excellent customer service. Responsibilities include supervising staff, maintaining communication between team members, and ensuring customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

Supervisory Skills and experience in managing staff
Knowledge of Service Standards in the food and beverage industry
Proficiency in Food Service protocols and procedures
Strong Customer Service skills
Excellent Communication skills
Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
Previous experience in a similar role is a plus
High school diploma or equivalent; additional education in hospitality is an advantage
