Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Food and Beverage Manager, located in Kharagpur Area. The Food and Beverage Manager will oversee daily operations, including food service and beverage management, ensuring high-quality customer service and satisfaction. Responsibilities include managing staff training, maintaining budgets, and implementing processes to optimize efficiency and profitability. The role requires strong leadership to foster a motivated and skilled team, as well as hands-on involvement in daily operations.

• Proven Customer Service skills and a focus on customer satisfaction
• Ability to train staff and develop a skilled team
