Food and Beverage Manager

 Oversee all front and back of the house buffet operations – from kitchen to site  Maintaining consistency of quality of operations at site locations  Ensure no lapse in service during core buffet operation hours  Respond to customer complaints tactfully and professionally, escalate if required  Maintain quality control for all food and beverage served  Handle onsite governance – pest control, cleanliness at workplace, inventory of stock items and equipment's, service operations.  Manage food and beverage inventory and orders  Train staff continuously on site for consistency in service, help new staff settle into role  Maintain health and safety regulations and utmost hygiene standards (incl staff grooming)  Identify opportunities to innovate and enhance the buffet experience.
