Cleaning and Sanitation: Maintain a clean and sanitary work area, including equipment and utensils, adhering to hygiene standards. Following Recipes and Instructions: Adhere to all recipes, methods, and instructions provided by the Executive Chef. Quality Control: Ensure that the preparation and presentation of baked goods meet the required quality standards. Communication: Communicate effectively with chefs and supervisors, reporting any issues or problems.

Feedback Collection and Implementation: Gathering customer feedback, analyzing it, and implementing changes to improve service and satisfaction.
