We are looking for a skilled and passionate Cook who has expertise in preparing authentic Indian food (all types of sabji/curries), street food snacks, and South Indian dishes. The candidate should be creative, open to new techniques, and able to bring unique flavors to our kitchen. Responsibilities: Prepare a wide variety of Indian curries, sabji, and thali items. Cook street food items such as chaat, pav bhaji, samosa, etc. Prepare South Indian dishes like dosa, idli, vada, sambar, etc. Maintain consistency in taste, quality, and presentation. Innovate and try new cooking techniques/recipes to enhance the menu. Ensure cleanliness, hygiene, and food safety standards in the kitchen. Requirements: Knowledge of different cooking styles & regional flavors. Ability to work in a fast-paced kitchen environment. Creativity and willingness to experiment with new techniques. Team player with good communication skills.
