Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled and professional Food & Beverage Captain to lead our service team, manage guest interactions, and ensure smooth dining operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate the F&B service team during shifts
• Provide excellent table service and ensure guest satisfaction
• Train and guide service staff on standards and etiquette
• Ensure order accuracy and timely service
• Manage guest queries and complaints efficiently
• Maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards
• Coordinate with kitchen and other departments
• Monitor inventory and support daily reporting

Requirements

• Minimum 2–5 years experience in Food & Beverage service (Hotel/Restaurant)
• Strong communication and team-handling skills
• Knowledge of food service procedures and guest-service standards
• Ability to work in fast-paced environments and flexible shifts
• Positive attitude and customer-focused approach
