Front Office Executive

Key Responsibilities

• Welcome guests courteously and manage check-in and check-out procedures
• Handle guest enquiries, requests, and concerns in a professional manner
• Verify reservations, collect valid identification, and update system records accurately
• Prepare guest bills, handle monetary transactions, and ensure billing accuracy
• Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance teams for room readiness and issue resolution
• Maintain cleanliness, order, and professionalism at the front desk
• Follow hotel policies, procedures, and confidentiality standards at all times
• Ensure proper handover of duties at the end of the working day
  

Required Skills & Competencies

• Clear and professional communication skills
• Basic proficiency in English and local language
• Comfortable with computers, billing systems, and basic data entry
• Calm temperament and ability to handle guests professionally
• Strong sense of responsibility and attention to detail
  

Qualifications

• Graduate / Diploma in Hotel Management preferred
• 13 years of experience in hotel front office or customer-facing roles
• Freshers with the right attitude and communication skills may apply

• Working hours are fixed from 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM

• Professional grooming and conduct are mandatory
