Conduct outbound follow-up calls to leads generated through campaigns, channel partners, and digital platforms. Qualify leads based on interest, budget, and requirements before passing them to the sales team. Maintain and update customer interactions in the CRM system (Salesforce/ERP/Real Estate CRM). Coordinate with sales, marketing, and CRM teams to ensure smooth customer engagement. Manage client queries regarding project details, pricing, payment plans, and site visit scheduling. Ensure high levels of customer service and build trust with clients. Track and achieve daily/weekly/monthly call and lead conversion targets. Follow scripts but also adapt communication style to suit high-net-worth and diverse client profiles. Engage in 1st level of customer interaction through physical meetings (at site office/sales gallery), understand requirements, and create initial rapport before connecting clients to the sales team. Key Skills & Competencies Excellent communication skills (English & Hindi; regional languages preferred). Strong knowledge of real estate projects, terminologies, and buyer journey . Experience in lead management tools/CRM systems. Persuasive selling and customer handling skills. Ability to remain calm under pressure and handle difficult clients professionally. Strong coordination and follow-up abilities. Target-driven, with a passion for customer service. Qualification & Experience Graduate in any discipline field. 3-5 years of experience in a real estate call center / tele-sales / CRM support role. Exposure to luxury/premium real estate developers will be an added advantage.

Handle administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, document preparation, and correspondence. Coordinate travel arrangements for employees, including booking flights, hotels, and ground transportation. Assist in organizing company events, meetings, and conferences, including venue booking, catering, and logistics management. Maintain records of company assets, office equipment, and ensure proper usage. Ensure compliance with office policies and procedures and contribute to improving administrative processes. Assist with onboarding new employees by preparing workspaces, setting up office equipment, and providing necessary resources. Ensure all safety and health regulations are adhered to within the office space. Perform any other tasks assigned by the Admin Manager or senior leadership to support office operations. Preferred candidate profile Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field. 2-4 years of experience in an administrative or office support role. Strong organizational skills and the ability to multitask. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook). Ability to work independently and manage time effectively. Attention to detail and problem-solving skills. Experience in vendor management and coordinating office activities is a plus. Familiarity with office equipment, procurement, and inventory management.
