Roles and Responsibilities

  • * Greet visitors and clients, handle incoming calls, and manage phone communications.

  • * Perform data entry operations, maintain accurate records, and update databases as needed.

  • * Provide administrative support to the team by handling correspondence, emails, and documents.

  • * Maintain a clean and organized reception area to ensure a positive first impression.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • * 2-5 years of experience in Receptionist Activities or related field.

  • * Proficiency in Computer Operating, Data Entry Operation, Good English Communication, Telephone Handling, Telephone Operating skills,Multitasking, Accounting

  • * Ability to work well under pressure with excellent verbal communication skills.

Preferred candidate profile

Highly presentable, proficient in spoken and written english, Good interpersonal skills, able to multitask. Sincere and dependable. Very pleasing in interaction with clients, good conflict resolution skills.
