The Guest Relation Executive is responsible for welcoming guests, assisting them during their stay, and ensuring a positive guest experience. The role includes handling guest queries and complaints, coordinating with other departments to meet guest needs, and collecting guest feedback. The executive plays an important role in maintaining service quality and guest satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Welcome and assist guests in a friendly manner
  • Handle guest inquiries, requests, and complaints
  • Ensure guest satisfaction throughout their stay
  • Coordinate with housekeeping, front office, and other departments
  • Collect guest feedback and report issues to management
  • Maintain professional behavior and grooming standards
