Job Description

Welcome guests courteously and ensure a warm dining experience.
Manage table reservations and coordinate seating arrangements.
Act as the main point of contact for guest queries, feedback, and complaints.
Coordinate with service staff and kitchen to ensure smooth service flow.
Monitor guest satisfaction during service and take corrective action if required.
Handle special requests, celebrations, and VIP guests.
Maintain guest feedback records and suggest service improvements.
Promote restaurant offerings, specials, and events to guests.
Ensure hygiene, service standards, and brand image are maintained.
Build strong guest relationships to encourage repeat visits.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
