Job Title: Guest Relationship Executive (GRE) – Female Candidate

Location: The Cycle Gap - Resto Bar & Mess-etarian Cafe

Working Hours:

  • 11 AM to 4 PM
  • 6 PM to 11 PM

About Us

The Cycle Gap and Mess-etarian Cafe are lively hospitality venues focused on delivering exceptional guest experiences with warm, personalized service. We are looking for a young, presentable, and bilingual Guest Relationship Executive to strengthen customer relationships, manage memberships, reservations, and enhance loyalty across our brands.

Key Responsibilities

  • Call all online reservations and confirm bookings promptly to ensure a seamless guest experience.
  • Create membership profiles for Cycle Gap customers, attach relevant membership details, and maintain an organized database.
  • Allocate tables efficiently for both walk-in guests and reservations across The Cycle Gap and Mess-etarian Cafe.
  • Send off customers with professionalism while requesting Google reviews to increase brand visibility.
  • Notify customers once their membership is ready, send membership details via messages, and hand over membership cards on their second visit.
  • Print and manage membership cards for quick accessibility and distribution.
  • Issue promotional vouchers for inter-business engagement to encourage cross-venue visits.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with regular customers and coordinate corporate bookings.
  • Greet and welcome guests warmly upon arrival, creating a positive first impression.
  • Handle guest complaints and requests with empathy and promptness to ensure satisfaction.
  • Maintain updated records of guest preferences and membership details to personalize services.
  • Coordinate with kitchen and service teams to accommodate VIP and special guest needs.
  • Collaborate with marketing for promotional campaigns, events, and member communications.
  • Prepare end-of-shift reports and brief the next shift for smooth transitions.

Candidate Profile

  • Female, aged 21 to 28 years.
  • Excellent communication skills in English and Tamil; Hindi is an added advantage.
  • Presentable, approachable with a professional demeanor and excellent grooming standards.
  • Able to multitask efficiently with strong organizational skills.
  • Previous hospitality or guest-facing experience is preferred.
  • Good listening skills with the ability to liaise well across departments.

  • Good organizational, multitasking, and digital communication skills.
  • Calm, solution-oriented, and professional when handling guest issues and pressures.
  • Confidentiality and discretion in handling guest and business information.

Reporting Structure

  • This role reports directly to the CEO and Managing Director (MD), ensuring close alignment with company leadership on guest experience and operational priorities.
