Key Responsibilities

1. Professional Massage & Body Therapies

Perform a wide range of treatments, including but not limited to:

• Asian Therapies – Thai, Balinese, Shiatsu
• Indian Therapies – Ayurvedic, Abhyangam, Potli / Hot Compress
• Western Techniques – Swedish, Deep Tissue, Aromatherapy
• Specialty Therapies –

▪ Hot Stone
▪ Bamboo Massage▪ Cupping Therapy▪ Foot Reflexology▪ Head / Shoulder / Back massages

2. Guest Handling & Hospitality

• Provide warm, polite, and professional customer service.
• Understand guest needs and recommend suitable therapies.
• Ensure comfort, safety, and privacy of guests at all times.
• Maintain a calm and welcoming environment aligned with Mazaya’s family spa culture.

3. Hygiene & Safety

• Maintain highest level of personal hygiene and grooming.
• Keep therapy rooms clean, sanitized, and ready before each appointment.
• Follow spa protocols for towels, oils, equipment, and tools.
• Ensure proper setup for specialty therapies (stones, bamboo sticks, cups, etc.).

4. Professional Conduct

• Respect customer boundaries and maintain confidentiality.
• Follow appointment timings and coordinate with the front office team.
• Strictly avoid any unprofessional behaviour—Mazaya is a family spa.
• Uphold spa values and code of conduct at all times.

5. Team Coordination

• Work closely with CRO/front office for smooth scheduling.
• Communicate any customer concerns to the Spa Manager.
• Support in maintaining daily treatment logs and stock inventory.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Certified Therapist / Diploma in Massage Therapy (mandatory).
• 1–5 years experience in Spa / Wellness industry.
• Strong knowledge of various massage techniques.
• Good communication & customer handling skills.
• Warm, disciplined, and professional attitude.
• Ability to work under pressure and manage back-to-back appointments.

Working Hours

• 10-hour shift (rotational weekly off).
