Guest Relation Associate

Job Summary

The Guest Relation Associate is responsible for delivering exceptional guest service by welcoming, assisting, and ensuring guest satisfaction throughout their stay. The role focuses on building positive guest relationships, handling requests, and resolving concerns to enhance the overall guest experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Warmly welcome and assist guests during check-in, check-out, and throughout their stay.

• Handle guest queries, requests, and complaints promptly and professionally.

• Maintain updated knowledge of hotel facilities, services, and local attractions to assist guests effectively.

• Ensure VIP / repeat guests receive personalized attention and recognition.

• Coordinate with Front Office, Housekeeping, Food & Beverage, and other departments to fulfill guest requirements.

• Maintain accurate records of guest preferences and feedback for future reference.

• Support in managing guest amenities, welcome letters, and special arrangements.

• Handle telephone calls, emails, and guest correspondence efficiently.

• Promote hotel services, special offers, and loyalty programs.

• Ensure guest satisfaction scores and feedback are maintained at high levels.
