GTM Generalist
who thrives on ownership, experimentation, and fast execution. You ll be the heartbeat of our early growth creating, testing, and scaling everything from content to campaigns, with an AI-first approach

What You ll Do

Own and scale growth initiatives
across content, social, email, and product marketing. -
Create and repurpose content
for blogs, LinkedIn, X (Twitter), email, and in-app, using AI tools for maximum leverage. -
Design and run experiments
from lead magnets and nurture sequences to cold outreach, partnerships, and paid campaigns. -
Build and manage a campaign calendar
to keep the GTM engine always-on. -
Analyze performance metrics
to measure impact on leads, conversions, and revenue. -
Continuously explore and implement AI tools
for content creation, automation, personalization, and analytics. -
Collaborate with product and design teams
to bring compelling narratives and growth stories to life.

Requirements
- Experience (1-2 years preferred) in
growth, content, or product marketing,
ideally at an early-stage startup. - Strong understanding of
growth funnels
(awareness activation conversion). - Deep familiarity with
AI tools
for marketing automation, content, and analytics. - Proven ability to
experiment, measure, and iterate quickly
. - Excellent written communication and storytelling skills.
