Responsibilities

Automation & Engineering

• Build scalable n8n or Pabbly workflows to:
• Scrape leads from platforms like Apollo or LinkedIn
• Clean + dedupe data, enrich with custom fields (industry, revenue, funding, etc.)
• Push qualified leads into our cold email system (Instantly/Smartlead)
• Manage email rotations across 100+ domains/accounts
• Track replies and update CRM tools like Airtable, Notion, or Close.com

Campaign & CRM Sync

• Integrate tools like Calendly, Fireflies, and Instantly to sync booked calls, summaries, and follow-ups to project tools like NiftyPM or Notion
• Build “Status pipelines” showing funnel performance (Booked, Follow-Up, Closed)

Growth & Experimentation

• Work with the founder to test new GTM workflows (e.g., LinkedIn DMs + Email, AI-generated audits + email)
• Launch and A/B test outreach strategies using real-time feedback from lead sources

AI & Enrichment

• Use OpenAI/Gemini prompts to generate personalized first lines, subject lines, or SEO insights at scale
• Build workflows that pull public data (e.g., blog traffic from SimilarWeb, SEO gaps via Ahrefs API) and generate pitch ideas using AI

Who You Are

• 2+ years

  in a GTM/RevOps/Automation/No-Code/CRM/Technical Marketing role
• Strong experience with tools like n8n, Pabbly, Clay.com, and Instantly
• You’ve built real automations in outbound, CRM sync, or lead enrichment before
• You know your way around APIs, Webhooks, JSON, and Google Sheets logic
• Comfortable with OpenAI or GPT-based API workflows (prompting + parsing output)
• Strong debugging skills — you know how to trace a broken webhook chain
• High sense of ownership — you love fixing and shipping fast
• Bonus: Familiarity with cold email best practices (warm-up, SPF, deliverability, etc.)
