Job Description

We are looking for a highly motivated and enthusiastic individual to join our team as a GSA Service professional at The Citadel Sarovar Portico. This role is ideal for freshers with 0-1 years of experience, offering the opportunity to learn and grow with our organization.

Roles and Responsibility

Provide exceptional customer service to guests, ensuring their needs are met and concerns addressed promptly.
Manage front desk operations, including handling guest inquiries, bookings, and check-in/check-out processes.
Coordinate with other departments to ensure seamless service delivery and high-quality standards.
Maintain accurate records and reports, including guest feedback and performance metrics.
Participate in training sessions to enhance skills and knowledge in areas such as hospitality and customer service.
Collaborate with colleagues to achieve sales targets, improve customer satisfaction, and contribute to the overall success of the hotel.

Job Requirements

Any graduate degree from a recognized institution.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail, enabling quick decision-making and accuracy.
Ability to adapt to changing situations and priorities, demonstrating flexibility and a positive attitude.
Basic computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
Freshers with a passion for learning and growing in the hospitality industry are encouraged to apply.
