Job Description

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced GSA - F&B Service professional to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in the hospitality industry, with excellent communication and customer service skills.

Roles and Responsibility
  • Manage and coordinate food and beverage services to ensure high-quality standards.
  • Develop and implement effective inventory management systems to minimize waste and optimize resources.
  • Collaborate with kitchen staff to maintain a clean and organized workspace, adhering to health and safety regulations.
  • Coordinate with suppliers to negotiate prices and ensure timely delivery of goods.
  • Maintain accurate records of sales, receipts, and inventory levels.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures related to food and beverage services.
Job Requirements
  • Proven experience in the hospitality industry, preferably in a similar role.
  • Strong knowledge of food and beverage operations, including inventory management and cost control.
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse groups.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks and managing multiple responsibilities.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Familiarity with point-of-sale systems and inventory management software.
