Job Description

We are looking for a highly motivated and enthusiastic individual to join our team as a GSA - F&B Service professional at Holiday Inn. The ideal candidate should have 0-1 year of experience in the hospitality industry.

Roles and Responsibility

Provide exceptional customer service and ensure guest satisfaction.
Manage food and beverage services, including ordering supplies and maintaining inventory.
Coordinate with kitchen staff to prepare high-quality dishes and beverages.
Maintain cleanliness and organization in the food and beverage area.
Handle cash transactions accurately and efficiently.
Collaborate with other departments to achieve sales goals and improve customer experience.

Job Requirements

Ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Basic knowledge of food and beverage preparation and service.
Ability to lift heavy objects and stand for long periods.
Familiarity with point-of-sale systems and basic math skills.
Team player with a positive attitude and willingness to learn.
