Job Description

We are looking for a highly skilled and motivated individual to join our team as a GSA- F&B Service professional in Mahagun Sarovar Portico Suites. The ideal candidate should have 0-2 years of experience.


Roles and Responsibility
  • Manage and coordinate food and beverage services to ensure high-quality standards.
  • Develop and implement effective service strategies to enhance customer satisfaction.
  • Collaborate with the kitchen team to maintain consistency and quality in food preparation.
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and company policies.
  • Provide exceptional customer service and resolve complaints professionally.
  • Maintain accurate records and reports of food and beverage sales and inventory.

Job Requirements
  • Any graduate degree from a recognized institution.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain high standards of quality.
  • Familiarity with point-of-sale systems and inventory management software.
  • Ability to lift up to 25 kilograms and stand for long periods.
