GSA - F&B Service

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced GSA - F&B Service professional with 1-2 years of experience to join our team at Holiday Inn. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in food and beverage service, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

• Manage and coordinate food and beverage services to ensure high-quality standards.
• Develop and implement effective inventory management systems to minimize waste and optimize costs.
• Collaborate with the kitchen team to maintain a clean and organized workspace.
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and maintain a safe working environment.
• Coordinate with suppliers to negotiate prices and ensure timely delivery of goods.
• Maintain accurate records of sales, inventory, and customer feedback.

• Proven experience in food and beverage service, preferably in a similar role.
• Strong knowledge of inventory management principles and practices.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with staff and customers.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to delivering high-quality results.
• Familiarity with point-of-sale systems and inventory management software.
