Job Description

Looking for a skilled Guest Service Associate to join our team in the Food & Beverage Service department. The ideal candidate will have excellent customer service skills and be able to provide top-notch service to our guests.

Roles and Responsibility

  • Manage food and beverage service operations to ensure high-quality service delivery.
  • Coordinate with kitchen staff to ensure timely and accurate service of food orders.
  • Maintain a clean and organized workspace, adhering to health and safety standards.
  • Provide exceptional customer service, responding promptly to guest inquiries and resolving issues professionally.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless service delivery.
  • Maintain knowledge of menu items, ingredients, and preparation methods.
