Job Title: Growth Product Manager

Job Summary

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and onboard 10–15 Instagram-based businesses or creators as pilot users
• Assist users in connecting their Instagram accounts to the product
• Help users set up business information and frequently asked questions
• Ensure automated replies and captions are live and working correctly
• Track product usage such as comments, DMs, and automated replies
• Collect user feedback on reply quality, tone, and accuracy
• Document user pain points, objections, and improvement areas
• Create basic case studies showing before and after results
• Support pricing, messaging, and go-to-market strategy discussions
• Help create a repeatable onboarding and pilot process
  

Required Skills

• Strong interest in startups, SaaS products, and growth roles
• Good communication skills and ability to talk to business owners
• Willingness to experiment, learn, and take ownership
• Basic analytical skills to understand usage data and feedback
• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment
  

Preferred (Not Mandatory)

• Understanding of Instagram, creators, or small businesses
• Exposure to SaaS tools or digital platforms
• Familiarity with tools like Google Sheets, Notion, Canva, etc.
