🧠 What You’ll Own

You will own the growth roadmap

• Plan and execute product launches
• Build and improve funnels (AARRR)
• Design experiments & growth loops
• Drive CAC ↓, LTV ↑, conversions ↑
• Manage sprints, timelines, and squads
• Set up dashboards, KPIs, and reporting
• Collaborate with product, tech, content, and performance teams
• Build SOPs, workflows, and playbooks
• Document learnings and scale systems

You’ll be judged by outcomes, not hours.

🧠 You’d Be a Great Fit If You:

• Have

  2–6 years

  in growth, product, PM, or ops
• Think with a

  data + strategy mindset

• Can structure and manage complex projects

• Understand funnels, cohorts, retention, CRO

• Can manage stakeholders and keep momentum

• Comfortable with Excel/Sheets, GA4, Notion, ClickUp, or Airtable

• Obsessed with speed, insights, execution

Bonus points if you’ve worked in:

• D2C
• SaaS

• Ed-tech
