Now, we need YOU. We are hiring our Growth & Performance Marketing Manager.

Key Responsibilities:

Growth & Performance Marketing Manager

D2C Performance Marketing

o  Own and manage paid media campaigns across Meta, Google, YouTube

o  Optimize campaigns for CAC, ROAS, and LTV while balancing brand and growth objectives

o  Run full-funnel campaigns: prospecting, retargeting, conversion, and retention

o  Manage daily budgets, pacing, and performance tracking

CRM, Retention & Lifecycle Marketing

o  Manage owned channels: Email, SMS, WhatsApp, and push notifications

o  Build automated flows, promotions, and lifecycle campaigns to improve repeat purchases and customer LTV

o  Segment audiences for personalization and better engagement

Creative Strategy

o  Partner with the design and content teams to brief, iterate, and optimize performance creatives

o  Drive ad concepts that blend brand storytelling with conversion focus

Marketplace Performance Marketing

o  Keyword strategy , optimisation of ROAS, TACOS and balancing of sale between organic and paid for Amazon and other marketplaces

o  Own revenue, growth and other performance meterics for marketplaces.

Competencies:

·      Experience in growth and performance marketing preferably in both meta and marketplaces

·      Strong Analytical skills

·      Creative mindset added advantage
