Role Overview As a Graduate Sales Trainee , you will be responsible for identifying, approaching, and meeting SMEs and corporates in the Taloja industrial region to pitch our range of general insurance products . This is an on-field role , ideal for those who enjoy meeting new people, understanding business needs, and closing deals. Key Responsibilities Visiting Corporate Clients within Mumbai for Insurance Sales. Generate leads, fix appointments, and pitch insurance products such as: Fire & Property Insurance Marine Insurance Liability Insurance Health & Life Insurance Specialized Insurance’s Understand client requirements and coordinate with internal teams for quotations. Follow up on leads, maintain relationships, and ensure renewals. Maintain daily activity reports and sales records. Participate in sales reviews and product training sessions. Who Can Apply Fresh Graduates – Any discipline (Bachelors in Commerce, Science, Arts, BBA, BBI etc.) Candidates passionate about sales, communication, and customer interaction. Must be comfortable with fieldwork and willing to travel locally. Basic understanding of insurance or financial products will be an added advantage.
