Job Responsibilities:

● Assume complete ownership of the brand's D2C platform - wonderchef.com, and own end-

to-end acquisition, retention, and monetization

● Use data and analytics for decision-making, measuring marketing effectiveness, and creating

culture of structured experimentation and iteration to drive the growth of the D2C platform.

● Be a thought leader in performance marketing and owned media and drive the stakeholder

team to build a solid user acquisition engine.

● Leverage content and a positive customer experience for the growth of the D2C platform

● Work closely with product, tech, content, and e-commerce teams to identify bottlenecks and

growth solutions for the D2C business.

● Curate insights from advertising and analytics platforms like FB business manager, Google

Analytics, and Google Ads manager on customer segmentation and journey.

● Track and report on performance KPIs across all acquisition channels to optimize ROI and

Create playbooks

● Study consumer data and understand retention cohorts and be responsible for increasing and

maintaining repeat consumers and working across teams for CLM

● Daily campaigns performance analysis by tracking key conversion metrics such as conversion

rate, ACOS, and retention rates that improve current marketing and business practices

Experience Profile:

● 3-5 years years of experience in growth or performance marketing with a digital-first, start-up, or

D2C brand.

● Solid experience and proficiency in running campaigns across advertising and social media

platforms

● Hands-on knowledge of campaign management tools and marketing automation tools

● Should have a high level of comfort with data and strong analytical skills

● Proven campaign experience and working with the creative and content team to get high

performing creative
