Growth Marketing Manager

We are now seeking a proactive, growth-driven Marketing Manager to help us in our next phase of expansion backed by reputed institutional investors. We invite with a Growth mindset, strong marketing toolkit, and drive to make a difference to join our team.

What you will do

• Develop and execute high-impact strategies to grow brand visibility and customer acquisition.
• Drive digital campaigns across LinkedIn, Meta, Google & other platforms and email to engage Indian diaspora around the world
• Collaborate with leadership on brand positioning, content creation, and performance tracking.
• Capture new market opportunities through outreach, partnerships, and innovative messaging.
• Own marketing KPIs and ensure ROI from campaigns.

What we are looking for

• Substantive marketing experience, preferably in B2C services, health, eldercare, or mission-led brands.
• Strong digital marketing skills with proven track record in growth campaigns.
• Post graduate qualification in marketing, with a good understanding of key frameworks & contemporary toolkit
• Self-starter attitude with the ability to operate independently and aggressively pursue goals.
• Excellent communication and storytelling skills.
• Passion for making an impact in people’s lives, especially the elderly.
