What You’ll Own

full-funnel growth strategy

• Lead high-impact growth initiatives across paid marketing, performance optimization, lifecycle automation, referrals, content, SEO, and partnerships

• Drive user insights through deep data analysis; identify bottlenecks and unlock scalable growth loops

• Own growth metrics: CAC, retention, LTV, payback, activation rates, churn, MAUs/DAUs

• Scale and optimize paid channels (Meta, Google, YouTube, UAC) with a sharp eye on ROI

• Identify and launch new channels, GTM motions, influencers, and distribution partnerships

What We’re Looking For

6–8 years

• Deep understanding of consumer funnels, user behavior, conversion optimization, and retention loops

• Strong analytical skills; comfortable working with data tools (GA4, Mixpanel, Appsflyer, Looker, or similar)

• Creative and ability to think like the customer, to commission high engagement Ads
