About the Role

Growth Marketing Executive

Key Responsibilities

Plan and execute
multi-channel marketing campaigns
including digital advertising, email, social media, and content marketing.
Optimize campaigns for
user acquisition, engagement, and conversion
using data-driven insights.
Monitor, analyze, and report on campaign performance metrics (ROI, CPA, CTR, LTV).
Collaborate with product, sales, and creative teams to align marketing strategies with business objectives.
Conduct
A/B testing and growth experiments
to continuously improve campaign effectiveness.
Manage marketing tools, platforms, and CRM systems to streamline campaigns and reporting.
Stay updated on
growth marketing trends, tools, and best practices
.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field.
2–4 years of experience in
growth marketing, performance marketing, or digital marketing
.
Strong analytical skills and experience with marketing analytics tools (Google Analytics, Facebook Ads Manager, etc.).
Familiarity with marketing automation platforms and CRM systems (HubSpot, Salesforce, or similar).
Creative, results-driven, and able to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
Fluent in English; additional Asian languages are a plus.
