About the Role

We are looking for a Growth Marketing Executive who will lead our brand's organic growth and digital presence while supporting performance marketing through ad creative development. This is a creative + execution-focused role with ownership of social media, content, influencer outreach, and website updates. The candidate will work closely with the founder and our external agency to ensure the brand grows consistently across all digital touchpoints.

Key Responsibilities

1. Organic Growth & Social Media

Build and manage the monthly content calendar for Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube, and Threads.

Drive organic mentions through UGC (user-generated content) and barter deals with micro-

influencers.

Ensure a minimum number of monthly organic shoutouts across platforms.

Track engagement and analyze what formats/content perform best.

Manage community interactions: comments, DMs, reposts.

2. Ad Creative Development (with Agency Coordination)

Develop ad concepts, briefs, and scripts for digital campaigns.

Work with the design team to deliver creatives and copy (video, carousel, static, reels).

Share approved assets with the performance agency.

Review agency reports weekly and highlight key insights to the founder.

Ensure ad creatives are refreshed at least every 23 weeks.

3. Website Management

Update website banners and creatives bi-weekly or per campaign.

Check product listings, pricing, and offers for accuracy weekly.

Suggest improvements in content and UX for better conversions.

Coordinate with operations to ensure smooth order flow.

Share a monthly website performance report (sales, bounce rate, conversion).

4. Influencer Marketing

Build and maintain a pipeline of micro-influencers (barter) and 1 macro influencer/month (paid).

Coordinate sampling, brief them on brand storytelling, and ensure deliverables go live.

Track influencer content performance and compile reports.

5. Cross-Team Coordination

Work with the graphic design team for social media and ad creatives.

Align with the Marketplace & Offline Executive for campaigns across Amazon, Nature's Basket, and offline stores.

Collaborate with the agency on campaign updates and reporting.

Key Skills Required

Strong knowledge of social media growth & content trends.

Creative eye for storytelling, design, and copy.

Understanding of influencer collaborations and community-building.

Familiarity with website management (Shopify/WordPress) is a plus.

Basic knowledge of ad formats (even if not running ads).

Excellent organizational and communication skills.

Experience: 1-2 years
