As a Customer Success Operations Manager at PubMatic, your role involves combining ad operations knowledge, technical and creative thinking, and strong communication skills to deliver world-class customer service to mid-market publisher clients. You will be responsible for managing publisher account setup, ensuring on-time execution of technical integrations, and providing excellent customer service through various support channels. Your proactive approach in optimizing publisher accounts and generating competitive insights through reporting will be crucial in your role. Key Responsibilities: - Manage publisher account setup and maintain Mid-Market accounts on the PubMatic system. - Ensure on-time execution of technical integrations and deliver service excellence during implementation. - Deliver excellent customer service and support within defined SLAs to publishers, including troubleshooting and resolving issues. - Work with internal teams to deliver customized implementation plans and respond to escalations. - Generate and interpret reporting for competitive insights and work closely with customers to ensure higher returns. - Build strong customer relationships, identify upsell opportunities, and manage a book of business against revenue targets. We'd Love for You to Have: - Two plus years of ad-tech experience with knowledge in Header Bidding, ORTB protocol, RTB/PMP, and ad Networks. - Prior experience working with SSPs, Custom Prebid Wrappers, and various ad formats/ad platforms. - Proficiency in Excel, MS Access, SQL, and other Database tools. - Experience with web applications, web forms, and web servers, ideally with HTML or JavaScript. - Knowledge of using debugging tools like Fiddler, Charles, and browser console. - Shift Timings - 12:00 Noon to 5:00 PM from office and 9:00 PM to 12:00 Midnight (IST) from home. - Proactive and self-motivated with the ability to collaborate with team members globally. Qualifications: - Should have a bachelor's degree in engineering (CS / IT) or equivalent degree from a well-known institute/university.
